How to

1. On clean lips, glide Fulluptous™ over the top lip using the applicator, up to and including the lip line. Dip the applicator again and repeat on the bottom lip. 2. Watch as PH-adapting color shifts from clear to your custom tint. 3. Enjoy full plumping effective within 10 minutes. 4. Reapply every 2–3 hours or as needed to maintain volume.
