it's hard to think of a bigger style win than this awesome black tank dress. A neat tank on top, it descends into a mass of luxurious layers that wrap around the sides and back for a ball gown effect. Except it's a jersey dress with raw edges. Light & comfortable as a well-worn t-shirt, it's good for daytime adventures & evening appearances all summer 2020. The only decision is: chucks or flip flops?
